Classroom AssessmentThis independent inquiry project focuses on assessment. Given the overall size and depth of this topic, this inquiry directs its attention on teachers’ and students’ classroom assessment of learners, rather than assessment from outside the classroom, say, through the use of standardized tests.

Themes of TeachingThis reflective study synthesizes two years of memories and reflections from the field to establish my themes of teaching. Then, using these themes as inputs, the paper then summarizes my experiences to formulate a learning metaphor that captures the essence of my learning journey, including all aspects of my teaching, learning, and leading.
